Tilt is seeking a strategic credit leader to optimize payments and cash flow strategies across Cash Advance and Thrive products, owning end-to-end strategy for autopay, retries, and cash flow–driven payment orchestration. You'll analyze payment and paycheck data, design and test payment strategies, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement monitoring and alerting.
